For the past 6 months Toojays staff have been involved with providing HR Generalist support to HM Treasury in London and Norwich.
As part of the Office of Government Commerce downsizing strategy, Toojays has been involved in providing outplacement support consisting of 121 interviews with staff, career assessment, coaching and providing CV and Interview Skills workshops.
As the OGC moves forward with its new structure Toojays staff have also been involved in the recruitment process, providing Applicant Sift analysis and sitting on interview panels, to help the organisation acquire the new skills it seeks for future.
